data-mm-id=”_h78w0tn9d”>Skip Bayless, who follows zero people on Twitter, combined several of his passions into one tweet on Christmas Day. Weightlifting. Bragging. Building a take around LeBron James. Here it is. I'm lifting weights while watching LeBron-Luka. They finally closed the gym in my gated community. LA is now the world Covid epicenter. Got a new home gym for Christmas. Cardio every day. Lift every Mon/Wed/Fri, even on Christmas. Love it. #NeverMiss— Skip Bayless (@RealSkipBayless) December 26, 2020Can you imagine how jacked the 69-year-old is going to be in a few months now that he won't have to waste time walking down to the clubhouse at his gated community and can use that time for extra sets of tricep pulldowns and calf raises? Dude's going to look NICER than anyone's every looked at that age. Bayless' steadfast and decades-long commitment to his body is impressive and endearing. I'm not even jealous. More impressed, actually, considering that I piled on a few pieces of kielbasa on a vegetable pizza with cream cheese and washed it down with three peanut butter porters yesterday. And I'm too lazy to move a few boxes and find an extension cord for the ancient treadmill in the corner of my parents' basement this morning. Would that we could all be so physically fit and financially stable in the new year. Skip Bayless, an aspirational model. And actual model.

Upcoming horror title A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead will see players trying to navigate a post-apocalyptic Earth while trying to avoid the attention of blind yet deadly aliens who hunt through their keen hearing. That, of course, will mean an emphasis on stealth gameplay, which developer Stormind Games and publisher Saber Interactive have offered fresh details on with a new developer diary.
The video sees lead game designer Manuel Moavero starting off with briefly discussing some of A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead’s more conventional stealth mechanics, like being able to hide in bushes or even in cardboard boxes, before turning attention to what will form the backbone of the experience- doing your best to remain as silent as possible, so you don&…
While Chelsea might have managed to secure another top-four finish this season, Frank Lampard s side have continued to show some rather glaring issues at the back and defensive reinforcements are at the top of the 42-year-olds agenda.
Shipping four away at last weekend and crashing out of the Champions League thanks to a 7-1 aggregate hammering, the West London outfit signed off their extended campaign with three defeats in their final four appearances and recorded just a sole clean sheet away from Stamford Bridge all year.
While the Blues might have already successfully recruited the likes of and Hakim Ziyech, who are the three defensive stars that are topping Chelsea s wishlist over the coming months?

In what is a heavyweight Lancashire derby on Sunday afternoon, Burnley will welcome Blackburn to Turf Moor for what should be a lively affair.
Starting with the hosts, while Burnley might have been disappointed by their action-packed 5-2 loss away at Sheffield United last weekend, Vincent Kompany s side came roaring back a few days ago. Managing to extend on their EFL Cup adventure in midweek after picking up a 3-1 win at home against Crawley, the former Manchester City icon should find the mood in his camp at a real high. Robert Lewandowski is among the leading contenders for The Best FIFA Men s Player in 2020 after he was named among 11 nominees on Wednesday.
The Bayern Munich superstar fired his side to the treble in 2019-20 and has continued his outstanding form at the start of the new season.
With no Ballon d Or this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, FIFA s award represents Lewandowski s best chance of recognition for a standout year.
He has tough competition in the form of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and four Liverpool players, but the 32-year-old must surely be considered the frontrunner.
Lewandowski s potential success in this category would be built on Bayern s Champions League triumph and Opta data in that competition since the start of last season helps m…
Manchester United and Manchester City are out of the Europa League, eliminated by Athletic Bilbao and Sporting Lisbon respectively.
City pulled off a magical comeback victory against Sporting at Etihad Stadium on Thursday, but their 3-2 win was not enough to overturn the 1-0 deficit from the first leg and they were eliminated on the away goals rule.
Trailing 2-0 at half-time after goals from Matias Fernandez and Ricky van Wolfswinkel, City came out like men possessed after the break, and a Sergio Aguero brace plus a Mario Balotelli penalty had them on the cusp of a memorable win.
City threw everything at the visitors in the frantic closing stages, and goalkeeper Joe Hart came within inches of scoring with a header from a corner in the final moments of play, but …
Christian Benteke is winning back the faith of Crystal Palace fans after scoring the opener in Saturday s 3-0 Premier League win against Leicester City, according to manager Roy Hodgson.
Benteke attracted criticism after insisting on taking a last-minute penalty against Bournemouth last weekend, missing from the spot and costing his side a valuable two points in a 2-2 draw.
But the Belgium international was key to Palace s stunning victory at the King Power Stadium, heading Hodgson s men in front before providing the assist for Wilfried Zaha to score the second.
His goal will do a lot. It’ll do a lot for the crowd, Hodgson told Sky Sports.
Benteke gives the Eagles a 1-0 lead after 17 mins.
